Week beginning September 20th 2004

Holderness Lions Update - the members of Holderness Lions would like to thank all those who supported their Tombola in Hedon which raised just over £100.
The Quiz has now been marked and the winner comes from Hedon - well done Audrey. A cheque will be winging its way to you very shortly. Even if you didn’t win, remember to watch out for the next brain teaser – it may be your turn next time.
Thanks also go to all those who support the Lions’ regular Farmers Bingo sessions : these are held on the second Wednesday in the month at The Haven Arms, Hedon and on the fourth Wednesday in the month at The Barn Farm, Thorngumbald. Please keep coming as the caller would “feel like a right idiot calling out numbers to myself !!!!”
