Paull Parish Council has welcomed two new Councillors to its ranks, to fill vacancies left by the retirement of two members. Although the vacancies were advertised no-one in the Parish asked for an election to be called, which left the Council free to co-opt. Applications from eligible persons were invited and the Council was delighted to have five applications for the two vacant posts. After a ballot of the Councillors already on the Council, Mrs. Linda Kelly and Mrs. Judith Vincent were duly elected and, at the Council meeting held on Thursday April 18th, were welcomed onto the Council. Cllr. Kelly and Cllr Vincent are both resident in Paull village and both are already active in community affairs so will undoubtedly prove an asset to the work of the Parish Council.
